Over how many months am I allowed to pay my loan?

Delta Trust & Bank will work with you to make your payments reasonable. On most loans, we will finance up to 36 months.

How do I make my monthly loan payments?

There are 2 different options to make your payments:

1) Delta Trust & Bank will send you a coupon book and you will mail your monthly payment directly to Delta Trust & Bank.

2) Delta Trust & Bank will draft your bank account each month for your monthly payment.

How quickly can I find out if I am approved for the loan?

Within 24 hours, Delta Trust & Bank will contact you to let you know if you are approved or not. If it is during business hours, you will be notified within 2 hours.

Where do I go to sign my loan documents and get my money?

Delta Trust & Bank located at 16600 Chenal Parkway , Little Rock , Arkansas unless you and your loan officer make other arrangements. Documents may be mailed for signatures upon your request.

Can I save money if I open an account with Delta Trust & Bank?

Yes, Delta Trust will deduct .25% off the loan rate if you open an account with us and allow for the monthly payment to be drafted from your bank account.
